I was surprised to see BYU is a 2 1/2 point pick over WF. And Arizona State beat undefeated Stanford last night by around 30. Screw football.

Stanford loaded the preseason schedule with 8-9 automatic wins to try and save a .500 or better record. They are not a very good basketball team, at least on paper, and most think that is why Johnson bolted rather than be fired after missing the NIT this year.

The Stanford/Oregon State games should be epic battles this year.

If Miles, Anderson and MCgregor can stay out of foul trouble and more importantly keep the bigger, stronger, more athletic wake team off the glass, BYU will win this game.

We really must rebound better than we have, especially on the defensive end. That is my biggest worry.
