  • I think BYU has it right.

You either play USU on your home court, a neutral court, or you don't play them at all...ZERO benefit to going up to Logan every other year and losing.

Not that this is a make or break game for Utah...they'll finish in the middle of the MWC pack, but that's a tough way for a team in desperate need of a road win to lose.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

That sucked. I agree, there is no benefit in playing in Logan. For the most part, BYU and Utah give their scraps to USU in the recruiting department, so not playing them won't impact instate recruits. Their fans are the worst. Their clock operators appear to be terrible also. I hate playing USU in everything. Especially in Logan.

Plus, Stew (while being a heck of a coach) is a dork.

Stew is a tool bag. Utah State is going to win 25 games this year and miss the NCAA tournament because they will have a SOS of 275 and a RPI of 60. Then Stew will bitch and moan and say that you can only beat who is on the schedule, even though he is the pussy that approves the schedule.

        I hate Stew Morrill.

I think refusing to play USU in Logan is the sign of being a candy-assed pussy. If the Utes did that, I'd call Boylen a pussy as well.

agree completely. Plus BYU isn't refusing to play USU in Logan. We are doing 1 home 1 neutral and 1 away.

              1 home, 1 neutral and 1 away isn't really a bad idea.

I'm old enough to remember when Utah, USU, BYU and Weber St. would play a home and away against each other every year. That was a lot of fun.
