    Bill to give WH control of Internet...

    Huh????

    Why would they need to take control of all private sector internt in case of a "Cyber security Emergency"????

      zzzzzzz, this is the kind of crap the libs worried about when Bush was president. I would imagine the motivation behind the bill would be to protect computers in the event someone was able to create some kind of super computer virus. An event like that would create big problems for commerce and national security.

      BTW, Jay Rockefeller is drafting the bill. He's about as moderate as they come.
      Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

        Exactly, I thought the Patriot Act was to blame for this? Blame the flag pins for this one.

          Under Bush I had more trust (As little as I could give him), but under this Presidency I have a problem with it..

            This was the point that I was making when all of the repubs were defending some of the patriot acts less desirable points. Do you want Hillary making these same decisions?

            Its funny that anyone would trust any of these assholes, regardless of party affiliation.
