This would be a superb result, but unfortunately it's constitutionally impossible. The House can choose only from among the three highest electoral vote recipients. Perhaps Ted's Jo wins after all. If the House fails to elect a President by January 20, the VP picked by the Senate (it can only choose among the top two VP vote-getters) serves as the acting President until the House finally elects one. If the Dems flip the Senate, they'll be content to let Kamala serve as President until the House caves and votes for Joe. If the Senate remains Republican, I think the Dems would allow Pence to reign and stonewall Orange Julius. Even that would be a better result.
