According to this, we are not at a level yet to be overly worried.

A lot of the pics spread on twitter by celebrities are not of the current fires and some are not even in the amazon. I'm not saying this isnt a big problem, but hysterical reporting in the media and disinformation on social media make me skeptical of most disaster news until the story matures.

I’m part Brazilian. Sort of. Also, this is all about the left trying to discredit Bolsonero.
