They (right-wing shock troops) didn’t know he was a scumbag yet. They ONLY insulted him because of Daniels and Trump. See what I mean and where I’m coming from? So while that insult would have been more appropriate it would not have made any sense to use it because his misdeeds hadn’t come to light yet.
