I have ended up blocking folks on my news feed that keep flipping his posts. I'm sorry to some of the CS folks...but I can't handle it anymore.

I love when people cite to some Matt Walsh post as support for their own unfounded opinions and biases.

I don't particularly care for Matt Walsh, but I find far more annoying perspectives on a much higher frequency on my feed from people on the left. It is a constant barrage by liberals about how reasonable approaches are wrong because of some SJW pet issue they have. The latest example I have is a long thread of victim blaming bashers trouncing on a comment someone made in connection with charges brought against a guy for sexually abusing a child on an airplane.

Someone made some suggestion in the comments that they would teach their kid to kick, scream and yell to get the attention of an adult to prevent this type of thing happening to their child. Reasonable response, I thought. I, too, would teach my child to do what they could to defend themselves. But this was too much for the SJW to hear. To them, this was in essence victim blaming because in these situations kids freeze and if they were abused and been taught to fight back then they would have feelings of guilt and thinking it was their fault for not preventing the situation. There was post after post after post supporting this position and anyone who tried to offer up a different approach was told they were mansplaining or some other ad hominem. Complete joke.

This is the type of behavior on Facebook that is far more annoying to me than Matt Walsh is. It is the de-ligitimizing of an opinion based on the opinion being held by someone because they are white, hetero, cisgendered, male, christian etc. It is happening all the time and it is annoying as hell. Have a crazy opinion or be an ass like Matt Walsh all you want, but be willing to use logic and reasoning in your dialogue rather than attack as SJW are prone to do.

Does the girl scouts allow transgenders? Can a man claim to be transgender and become a girl scout leader?

I have no opinion on the BSA allowing trangenders in. I would have to be convinced though that allowing trangenders into a girls scout troop or even more allowing a man becoming a girl scout leader. I realize that could be considered inconsistent and thinking there is a difference between men and women.

Probably. Girl scouts allowed gays many years before the BSA did.

The transgender thing affects a tiny percentage of troops. Anyone who quits scouting because there is a troop in Portland with a transgender scout is a bigot.

If this is the case and I don't know it isn't, members who withdraw their kids or financial support can't use church beliefs as a reason. They are on their own and are biggots (per JL). This is another indication that a TR doesn't necessarily indicate you are a more active member than someone who can't qualify. I can't argue with someone who claims someone is really not an active member if the person is a bigot.

Dropping scouting is the one positive thing that could come from the church digging in their heels on all things LGBT. Are we going to blow this, too?
