    anyways, 3rd accuser speaks

I witnessed Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking ‘No’ for an answer. This conduct included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent,” Swetnick writes.

“I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys ... These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh ... In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present,” she added.

Another person who does not actually make any allegations that Kavanaugh assaulted her or raped her.

Swetnick does not accuse Kavanaugh of attacking her, but says he was present at a party where she was drugged with "Quaaludes or something similar" and attacked.

This whole charade and political posturing is disgusting.. This was never about a person who may have been assaulted, but just a pawn in a dirty political game and how each side can maneuver in a better position of power..

Shameful.. It wreaks.. I find it abhorrent in the manner sexual assault is being used as a tool in all of this.. And the shaming that has been strategically released by activists against those who may not agree will have a negative impact on future elections and possibly in November..

I hope Avenatti runs in 2020 against Drumpf... he really adds to the entertainment value.

            [...]
And yet, Avenatti’s late appearance in this heated confirmation fight has some in the party fearful that he will end up doing more harm than good—in particular, giving Republicans ammunition to condemn and dismiss the allegations against Kavanaugh as a political hit job.

“Mr. Avenatti has a tendency to sensationalize and make his various crusades more about himself than about getting at the truth,” said a senior Senate Democratic aide. “This moment calls for the exact opposite.”

I’ll go on the record that the Ramirez allegation, if true, isn’t even close to disqualifying. Even if Kav got really drunk at a big party 30 years ago and exposed himself, while deplorable behavior it’s not even in the same ballpark as the Ford allegation. What Beto o’rourke did years ago by driving drunk is way worse than exposing yourself.

And kudos to the Dems for now bringing the term gang rape into the news. Well done, Feinstein and porn lawyer guy, well done.

So obviously the gang rape is disqualifying if true. Shouldn't be hard to corroborate right? She is alleging this happened multiple times. BK and his buddy orchestrated these gang rapes routinely at parties. That's dozens of witnesses at least and many more who would have heard about these parties if they were happening.

                  • I'm at the point know where I hope all of the allegations are true. For me, it would be worse if the democrats were at least complicit in sensationalizing false reports. I have to assume they believe the women. Also, if there are women who would be willing to blatantly lie on the national stage, and now under oath (if the hearings are still happening), I am not mentally prepared to accept that.

Also, burn it down. Burn this whole fiasco down and lay the ashes at Trump's feet. There is nothing in the national political scene that he can't make worse by just talking about it.

                      LOL, well done Dems.

The NYTimes reported that Ramiez called her Yale classmates and told them she wasn't sure if it was even Kavanaugh... and her lawyer had the chance to dispute it live and in color on Cooper 360 but didn't:

As for Beto and his memory about his DUI incident (lying about trying to leave the scene), WashPo gave him:

So all that Avenatti has to offer is someone that has 36 year old hearsay on Kavanaugh? OK, Kavanaugh needs to withdrawn his name for sure.
