I don’t strongly disagree, but I’m wary of one party with full control of both houses of Congress and the White House. I’d dread a world with Trump and the GOP running both houses.

The tax proposals I see coming from the left are frightening. I'd like the Republicans to keep the Senate just to keep that in check.

Yes they did. I mean, I think they blew it as far back as the 2016 primary, but it is high time they scatter and allow the pendulum to swing the other way.

McSally is just a terrible politician. She lost on that Trump bullshit in 2018, and failed to move to the center to accommodate Arizona's changing voter demographics and sentiment. Arpaio lost, yo. Read the room.

Me too. My other hobby horse is a parliamentary democracy for the US, like much of the rest of the world. More parties means less holding your nose while voting, and a nimbler system to right a country's course when it goes off the rails. Hasten the day.

(Yes I know this won't happen in the US. But until I move up north, I can still dream).
