Well Sir, I know Mr. Koerber personally, and hopefully he won't be "free" too much longer. In my opinion, the guy is an arrogant blowhard who preys on people with his lies and false promises. He tried to persuade me, but there was something about him that creeped me out. I tried to warn several ward members, but they would not listen to me. However, some of them have since come back and apologized for it. No matter what he tries to claim, he has taken advantage of a lot of people and it's finally good to see him get what he deserves. Some people claim I am soft on crime, and that may be true, but I hope and pray this guy gets a chance to spend a long time in the poky with a big burly roommate named Brutus.

You wouldn't catch me complaining if they all disappeared. They are a huge eyesore. In addition to seeing his face all over the state, I also had to endure seeing half my ward on them as well. Not surprisingly they were the ward members that decided I wasn't Christlike because I didn't let Mr. Koerber tear down my home like he did the rest of the homes on that block. By the way, he was supposed to build luxury homes there, but the lot has been sitting empty for nearly 5 years. It's a rat infested weed hole of an eyesore, but those homes will be built...just ask the Free Capitalist.

The billboards were ridiculous. I remember seeing them for the first time and thinking, Whaa?... Ohhhh, the next get-rich-quick scheme to prey on gullible Mormons.

This guy just seemed shady to me from day one. And yes, those billboards are awful. "Turn your brain on!". Please.

Good observation. I am pretty sure he made himself so big on the billboards because of some internal need to feel big. He is a runt in real life.

It was such an odd experience watching my entire ward fall into one of 2 camps:

              The Rick Koerber Idol Worshippers
              or
The Rick Koerber is a Lying Douche Bag Club.

"Wake Up and Turn Your Brain On" was his mantra forever. He would say it in the hall in church, and it always annoyed me. Perhaps that's because of another one of his favorite quotes, "Annoy the Socialists".

Anyway, I think he's a huge prick, but you really can't go by me because I have standards.

I once unwittingly walked into one of his companies when I worked for a printing company. I knew something was fishy when out in the parking lot there were a bunch of new BMWs, Mercedes and Audis and inside there were a bunch of 26-year-old former pest control salesmen.

In the course of talking to one of these guys he tried to sell me on Rick's system. He wrote down Rick's name on a card and told me to look him up. I did, and I knew that I would never want to be involved in anything like that. I can't imagine actually having known the guy in real life like Swimmer. I don't know if I would have been able to sit through church meetings with him.

Also, those billboards used to annoy me to no end. Maybe I was a socialist.

I never understood the term free capitalist either. Free to break the law? I don't know. Hey, I'm as right wing as they come, but it's obvious the guy was a crook. He had a (horrible) show on K-Talk for a while. I must've called the station 10 times to complain about the guy, that he was an embarassment to "the cause".

Is this the same guy that had the billboards that said, "Turn your 720 credit score into a million dollars"?

He looks really familiar. Maybe it's just from seeing him on the billboards.
