I've sat gritting my teeth with all of my savings on the sideline as I've watched the stock market rally 30% in a brief period of time. Fortunes have been made, but I still can't bring myself to put any cash back on the line. To me the economy still looks bleak, and I'm concerned that the big institutional investors are going to wring that 30% back out of the market and put it in their pockets, leaving small investors worse than before.
