    Stephen Colbert shows how to anonymously take all the money out of your Super PAC

    I'm not quite sure what to think about it. It seems like a slimy thing to do if someone were to actually do it, but, then again, donors are giving their money away without any real strings attached...

        That can't be right..

        If the 1st C4 has to state how the money is spent. How can the 2nd C4 not state where the money went as well?? Don't they fall under the same obligation?
