Interesting, but the big difference between 2004 and 2012 was that in 2004 most of districts that reported were from the Cincinnati suburbs (Repub country). In 2012 those later districts were from around Cleveland and the northwest part of the State (Dem country).

Rove was a little wacked to think Rmoney would make up votes around Cleveland.
