I generally agree with this article except for the proposition that Hillary is "unfit for office but within normal parameters." I think Hillary's graft and blatant disregard for laws and the fact everyone is aware of this corruption during the entirety of this campaign makes it worse.
I think this is partly what drives Bernie supporters and perhaps Bernie himself.
I think Trump and Hillary are both unfit but for different reasons. And they're both outside the normal parameters of being unfit.
Unfortunately, it's unrealistic that the Obama Justice Department gives the FBI the go ahead to officially prosecute Hillary unless the FBI finds a smoking gun quid pro quo showing Hillary granting favors through her SoS office for contributions to the Clinton Foundation and/or "speaking fees." I believe that the FBI is after that kind of information possibly even more so than finding out the extent of the intelligence leaks from Hillary's idiocy.
Unlike the serious errors in judgment and illegality exhibited by Hillary's handling of classified information, which should resonate with all Democratic primary voters, blatant corruption moves the needle far more and makes the case against Hillary much more compelling.
With Trump, two things stand out more than anything else-- his incuriousness and carelessness about the actual issues and his tendency to escalate fights. Both of Trump's traits in that regard are historically bad by presidential candidate standards.Part of it is based on academic grounds. The only worry I have is the Supreme Court. Hillary has stated Heller and probably McDonald, were wrongly decided. She intends to stack the Court to eliminate the Second Amendment as we know it. I hear Trump go off on the govenor from New Mexico and I think, ok that's it I am voting for Hillary. However, the Supreme Court and Hillary being supported by one of the biggest bitches in the world, Lizzy Warren brings me back to Trump. No, I am not voting for a libertarian.
