Gotta admit I agree with Trump that she was one of the least effective Secretaries of State in history. She was bad and thankfully JOHN Kerry came in to help out.Originally posted by Sleeping in EQ View PostHillary playing her Secretary of State card.

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I kept waiting for Trump ask her: "How long have you been practicing those lines, Hillary?"Originally posted by TexTechCoug View PostI tried to listen but they both were embarrassingly bad. Hillary with a bunch of canned comments and responses and Trump with incoherent wandering nonsense. Boy, they both are awful."Sure, I fought. I had to fight all my life just to survive. They were all against me. Tried every dirty trick to cut me down, but I beat the bastards and left them in the ditch."

Lots of firsts this election cycle.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostThat might be the first time that has been said.
These two men aren't that much different, you know. There is a good reason David Duke is a big Trump fan."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

I think they both 'won' in their own way, if you can say that. Clinton by just coming across as a serious candidate, and Trump by not imploding on some conspiracy theory (though he did come close with the birther issue). One of his many flaws is that he always takes the bait. He couldn't let any attack on him go unanswered, when some of those would have best been left unanswered. I LOL'd when Clinton brought up Trump's gaffe about blowing up the Iranian boat because it was taunting a US ship (or something like that). She said it's those situations that start wars. And then he replied, "that wouldn't have started a war", as if to imply that it's OK to do something like that because the consequences wouldn't be as bad as war. I was surprised that it was Trump who actually looked tired and sick. He kept noticeably sniffing and drinking water, so there's another Clinton win; she didn't pass out.
In the end, I think it was a narrow but solid Clinton win. But I'm kicking myself for watching it all instead of finishing 'Stranger Things'."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."
