All I know is Rocky is again using the hispanics. He filled his campaign staff and targeted the Salt Lake City hispanic community to help sweep him into office (not too hard considering the more liberal anglo community, but still....) and fills his staff with hispanics, only to fire them or ignore the constituency. Then again, it might just be because he's certified bi-polar. I dunno, I'm glad he's no longer my boss (not that his replacement is significantly different - oh, a nicer guy, but policies are as whacked, if not moreso, and he's merely a puppet for his "up and coming" chief of staff).
