Sounds like things remain very chaotic at the moment. Is this the work of Al Qaeda and if so is this what we can look forward to from them now? Seeking out Americans and Brits in countries where there previously has been no cause for alarm?

According to the article, a group called Deccan Mujahideen is claiming responsibility, though authorities are wondering if it's just a front name to throw the authorities off.
