Are we sure it's because liberals are less tolerant, or could it be because there's just so much conservative crap spewed on the social media sites that you have to ignore them, otherwise you have to wade through all the right wing propaganda just to get to the stuff you're mildly interested in?
At least that's my experience. If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

So are you saying that conservatives also dominate social media, in addition to talk radio? I haven't heard this claim before.Originally posted by SoCalCoug View PostAre we sure it's because liberals are less tolerant, or could it be because there's just so much conservative crap spewed on the social media sites that you have to ignore them, otherwise you have to wade through all the right wing propaganda just to get to the stuff you're mildly interested in?

There has been no word — nor will there likely be any — about whether liberals will enjoy reading this story. Many, if the Pew study is to be believed, will just block it from their news feeds."I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

Dominate is not the word I would use. Clutter is more apt.Originally posted by Indy Coug View PostSo are you saying that conservatives also dominate social media, in addition to talk radio? This is interesting. So conservative talk shows, driven by advertiser revenue, dominate the airwaves. Social media, populated by people with Internet access, are also dominated by conservatives. So why wont Romney win in a landslide?Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostDominate is not the word I would use. Clutter is more apt.PLesa excuse the tpyos.

My feed is filled with crap from both sides. And is literally that ... crap. Images with stupid sayings, cartoons, etc. Not an original thought anywhere."It's true that everything happens for a reason. Just remember that sometimes that reason is that you did something really, really, stupid."

I'm not buying for a second that Facebook and Twitter are dominated by conservatives. SoCal and wuap just need to get less conservative family members and friends.

But then we'd have no one to troll. My 9/11 post this morning, which was sincere, had two people delete me from their friends list.Originally posted by SoCalCoug View PostThere's probably some truth to this.
