I know people that know him. I was at court today and Mr. Cannon was certainly a hot topic of conversation.Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Aside from the major ethical problem, why is this criminal?"Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

Not sure, but I think there is an inherent/assumed element of duress in any sexual activity when you're having an attorney visit w a prisoner. I mean, it's not exactly a conjugal visit.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostAside from the major ethical problem, why is this criminal?"I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I don't know anything about Nevada criminal law, but it looks like this is one of several laws that regulate the conduct of Nevada prisoners (no phones, no alcohol, no weapons, no sex, etc.) while in prison. That being the case, the rationale for criminalizing the participation by the non-prisoner may be similar to other accomplice-type crimes.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostAside from the major ethical problem, why is this criminal?"What are you prepared to do?" - Jimmy Malone
