I know people that know him. I was at court today and Mr. Cannon was certainly a hot topic of conversation.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Cannon told the detectives that he has been on medication and hasn't had sex with his wife for 14 years and that Wallis wanted to marry him when she got out of jail.
      that is a slump

At least he found someone attractive with whom to break the streak.

I won't judge without seeing her from his vantage point. The top of her head might be extremely erotic.

Getting bj's from a client in prison...they know how to teach them at the J. Rube! Now they just need to teach them how to get away with it.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Aside from the major ethical problem, why is this criminal?

I'm a romantic, so I am hoping they wind up getting married.

Not sure, but I think there is an inherent/assumed element of duress in any sexual activity when you're having an attorney visit w a prisoner. I mean, it's not exactly a conjugal visit.

Alright, I was just wondeirng because it says "voluntary" in the charge against him. Will she get an additional penalty too? The article didn't say.

To be honest, I'd never heard of that charge. I guess I was just guessing what the policy reasoning would be

She may get some time in the hole even though he apparently won't.

I don't know anything about Nevada criminal law, but it looks like this is one of several laws that regulate the conduct of Nevada prisoners (no phones, no alcohol, no weapons, no sex, etc.) while in prison. That being the case, the rationale for criminalizing the participation by the non-prisoner may be similar to other accomplice-type crimes.

She was going to get screwed either way.
