          I'm pretty sure Viking knew from personal experience that Cooper was gay.

                  Just watched a segment on reliable sources where they talked about what a big deal this was and all the talk about it. My guess is they were talking about themselves (media).

                  Across the country I think there is an attitude of "who cares". This is a good thing, right?
