  • One more piece of trash animal in Idaho to bite the dust and go to hell.

Dickhead Leavitt in 1984 strangled a women took out her sex organs, Than asked police and friends, prosecuters how the case was going. He killed her. June 12th after a circus of bleeding heart liberals he will finally go to Hell.

It is unfortunate it has to happen. But if an innocent person was not murdered would not have this discussion. He chose to kill her. Probably sick to celebrate a death. Even if he forfeited his right to live.

What really makes me sick though is people protesting it. There is an Idahoans against the death penalty group on facebook. Comening on innocent people put to death and on and on. How We have his blood on our hands. How it is always wrong to take a human life. Praying in circles,

Animals like Paul Ezra Rhoades, James Edward Wood, terrorizing Eastern Idaho doing what they did how could anyone want to keep those animals alive. One sick sob Tom Creech was put to death sued to get his death sentence overturned. It was and he murdered an inmate.

Prison is a correctional institute for most people there with the exception of some that should die in prison. But learn your lesson and never come back. Other inmates do not deserve a death sentence.

Nice thing about Wisconsin not having a death penalty for a scum animal monster like Jeffrey Dahmer, another animal with nothing to lose and wanting to make a name for himself kills him when he is with the general prison population. Wicked punish the Wicked. No hoopla of last meals and bleeding heart liberals.

One more sick animal to bite the dust in Idaho next month and go to hell.

Yes for pre meditated murder if someone is guilty than I support it. Scriptures support it too. I think if we knew for a fact that a murderer would lose his life than many murders of innocents would go down.

I won't express my view on the death penalty here, however I will state that I have come to feel saddened by the death of any human being.

IMO, celebrating the death of anyone is not in keeping with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

We should mourn the poorly lived life of the murderer, too. What lead that person to the decision to take a life? It couldn't have been good. We should mourn the wasted earthly existence of a brother or sister.

Probably not a popular view, but I'll take it. Something in me aches when I think of those that commit violent crimes and are put to death.

A murder destroys 2 lives. I certainly mourn the loss of the victim more, but I also feel grief for the criminal. Although, not in the same way.

I fully realize that some of these people are evil animals, but they were not that way when they were born...or when they were 2... or 4 years old. My heart aches knowing that someone looked at that person the way I look at my 2 year old. That that person laughed and played like my 2 year old. That they had all the potential for good in the world.

Or maybe nobody did look at them that way when they were 2 years old and that is why they were what they became.

Or maybe they had a terrible mental illness.

There is no excuse for murder. But there are explanations.

People need to be held accountable for their actions, but, perhaps I have become more cynical as I have gotten older. Perhaps it was working with kids in medicaid clinics. Seeing the conditions they were raised in and the utter lack of love they received from their parents...or fosters or whatever. I watched young, young kids laughing and playing and, while maybe annoying, being good kids only to have the sometimes drug addled guardian cut them down in an instant.

You can see the sparkle go out of a child's eye.

If you've seen it, it is heart-wrenching.

I went home many nights wondering what would become of the kids I had seen. My heart would ache. I felt as if they had very little chance to grow from a broken toddler into anything more than an adult burdened with very serious and insurmountable demons. I hoped that God or whomever would somehow intervene through a teacher or relative or...friend...I hoped they would have good friends...and show them a better life. Show them love. Show them hope. Put the laughter back in their little lungs and the sparkle back in their tiny, beautiful eyes.

The executed are square with the house after they have died. And, there is no hell.

Thing is for those people when Heavenly Father said good bye he said Good by knew what they would do before he sent them here. Started out innocent but tragically did what they did. Looks like Leavitt will go to Hell tommorrow. Will be a few protesters. But I doubt that big of a circus in Kuna Idaho. I had a minor job offer there before. And picked up show calves from there for relatives. In Melba area by prison.

Tragic it has to happen. After people leave things will probably be back to normal and nothing drastic will happen. SC refused to hear case.

But there is outside of Mormonism
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

I don't like any of the poll options. I'm not going to "celebrate" some a-hole getting the death penalty, but I am definitely in favor of wiring them up to 100,000 volts of electricity and making them involuntarily crap their pants one last time. I'm strongly in favor of doing it. I don't feel that it's unfortunate that we do it, but I don't go so far as to celebrate it.

True. There are also explanation for a dog becoming viscous after it is infected with rabies. And even though the dog has no choice we eliminate it anyway. Why should we treat a murderer any differently?

I find that I'm usually uncomfortable with celebrating murder in any way, even if to justify the wrongful killing of someone else. And yet I am among those who cheer inside at the thought of individuals like Hitler being damned.
what I am is what I am and I does what I does.

The Mosaic Law was filled with death penalty offenses. The Book of Mormon is pro-death penalty. The Koran is pro-death penalty.

Wanna go by Darwinism? When you execute a murderer you prevent him/her from reproducing their genes.
