It was just a not brief enough complaint about the Paulites not pulling their head out long enough to recognize that their convention stunt is just what the Democrats ordered.

Uncle Ted will be happy to know that I chose to vote in the Republican primary for NC the other day (for various reasons, don't read too much into it), and I voted for Ron Paul for President, as a kind of protest.

I might vote for Gary Johnson for president. Romney and Obama seem close on so many issues.

                  Paul is done.

Moving forward, however, we will no longer spend resources campaigning in primaries in states that have not yet voted,” Mr. Paul said. “Doing so with any hope of success would take many tens of millions of dollars we simply do not have.”
One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.
