Reparations and H.R. 40....time to break the chains that bind?

Interesting commentary on HR-40, the proposed Reparations Study bill before Congress. Obama has already gone on record as opposing it, as have numerous other pols from both sides of the aisle. This seems to be an issue that pops up every now and then, and with each passing generation, seems less and less likely.

This author notes in no uncertain terms that America has paid back the reparations with interest, and that it is time to move on.
