Ruling in the stolen valor case. http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions...11-210d4e9.pdf

An interesting issue in its own right. Ruling in favor of the man who lied about receiving the medal of honor.

            Holy crap, Marie!
            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

I see that it survives as a tax, which is odd because it wasn't written that way in the law. How can the SCOTUS just recharactarize something like that? Weird.

Looks like the individual mandate is constitutional. Chief Justice Roberts joins the left of the Court. The Medicaid provision is limited but not invalidated. This will be one of those very complex opinions.

Roberts turned out to be the key vote, not Kennedy. Wow. I guess this means he has "grown" while on the Court.

Romney's going to have some fire in his belly after this. This decision could be a double-edged sword for Obama as the only way Obamacare gets eliminated will be through a change in the law, which can only come with a GOP president.
