I seem to recall something about which cups being sold by 7-11 being a pretty good indicator of who's winning.

7-11 cuts through the latest polling data and simplifies election results prediction–with coffee cup sales.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Bad news for Mitt. He's even losing in Utah!

Obama is killing Romney, he's winning Mississippi even.

7-Eleven is your go-to convenience store for food, snacks, hot and cold beverages, gas, and so much more.

I saw an archived story that showed Obama beating McCain 60-40, but the actual results were different. 7-11 is trying to swing this election to Obama. Bastards.

              Interestingly, Romney's tied in Wisconsin.

Romney's only winning Provo by 2 points, he's in some serious trouble.

Has anyone unskewed the 7-11 cups sale results yet? I'm pretty sure once you reallocate the purchases to better reflect GOP enthusiasm for 2010 you'll find a much more even race.

I think 7-11 needs to first distinguish between Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan before they go about unskewing the polls.

Having been to the UP, I doubt many people up there vote.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I am guessing this is actually a 7-11 in NYC where government has forced people drink much healthier soft drinks full of sugar and caffeine. Besides all that cream does a body good.

I'm beginning to think that Obama really just likes to see himself in photos.
