Thoughts on Rocky Anderson?

Dude is now running for President. How liked was he in Utah and does he have absolutely any shot at all in gaining some sort of traction with his campaign and his new Justice Party?

Would love to hear some thoughts from folks who dealt with him as a multi-term mayor.

Other than myself, (and maybe a few posters on this board) I can't think of anyone more irrelevant on the national (maybe even local) political scene than Rocky Anderson. FTR, I'm a Democrat.
