This is a mega contraction cycle that will end in massive sovereign defaults. Cost of credit will be back in the teens for most businesses.
Asset prices are slowly re-adjusting. This process will take time. Do not incur debt, do not fool yourself with 401ks, do not buy a home. Rent, save, amass hard assets. Buy yielding land if you must.
I bet we will see a severe economic war that puts us on the brink of global conflict in the next seven years.what I am is what I am and I does what I does.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. I'm banking on new technology that will change the world. Seems like that is our most realistic hope to avoid world war in the next 7 years.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostI think I'm going to try and buy the rentals. Unless we follow Rabman's plan and just let the government own all the buildings and pay rent to them.
But just in case, I'm already searching KSL for yielding land.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
