That's why you emancipate them their senior year of high school.
There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.

Tila Tequila and Juggalos, America’s saddest punchline since the South.

Did I hear that the credit is dropping from 1000 per kid to 500 per kid this year?

I believe that is correct, $500/per next year.

I had a WTF moment while dong my taxes the other day when I saw how little I pay in taxes considering how much I make, and I realized we are all screwed.

I was grateful for my 3 young 'uns and that disgusting amount of mortgage interest i pay. Thanks again Shaka, Creek, etc, for covering my kid-induced shortfall.

I've got 5 walking tax deductions. One doesn't even talk yet. May God have mercy on my soul in 12 years.

That sounds like a middle-class tax increase.
                Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I'm so glad that Tax Deduction #4 was born in December just prior to the end of the 2010 fiscal year.

Even worse than not having offspring is I did not have a mortgage in 2010 as I got out of my condo when I moved home to help with my dad.

This year I have a mortgage and very much look forward to deducting the interest.

No, it doesn't feel better in the morning.

No, that isn't a middle-class tax increase. He is just closing tax loopholes.

Close a few more loopholes and I may not ever be able to pay tithing again. Maybe I can pay 'net', defined as increase after taxes and housing...
