Poor Stern. He can't shove what he thinks should be done on the citizens of the USA. Curse those founding fathers for setting up a form of government that prevents tyrannical rule.

Yes, the damn congress just gets in the way. For example, why should the president need congress' approval to the declare war "limited military operations" on Libya? Only someone like George W. Bush would do that.
