Evil Fox News can't control him and he doesn't want to be limited by them. IIRC, he makes about 2 million from Fox and about 20 million per year elsewhere. I'm sure he'll still be on TV.

First Obermann and now Beck. TV is better with both of them gone.

Unfortunately, Beck isn't leaving TV. Not even leaving Fox

FOX News and Glenn Beck announced Wednesday that they will team to produce a slate of projects for FOX News Channel and FOX News' digital properties.

I agree, but neither of them is gone totally

I may be small, but I'm slow.

I agree its not ideal, but when that voice is screaming 2 inches from you ear, you kinda want it to be gone.

Speaking of the Daily Show, it would be a huge blow to John Stewart and Co. if Beck went offline. He is a gift that just keeps on giving.

Have you ever tried to watch his show? It's boring. Very boring. Probably even for people who like Beck. I'm not surprised.
                        Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I laughed out loud, because less than a minute ago I read a post from someone here who wanted info on the V-Bulletin plugin for ignoring people.

I doubt it's much related to ratings. He allegedly has the 3rd most popular show in the cable news networks even though he doesn't have a good time slot. Lot of old people watching him.

My parents love him. They once referred to him as a "Mormon Intellectual". I love them.
