I haven't kept up on Venemous. Did he call the Real Estate mkt fall correctly. I can't remember. I thought he was buying.

He did say to keep waiting. He also posted in choppy sentences, so I was never quite sure what he was saying.

I do know that he drove a custom golf cart, lived in a trailer, and that mikewaters set up a secret lunch with him to learn how to make mad cash off the backs of renters.

I've agreed with most of the comments on the housing market that he has made.

I cannot comment on his tax policies and I'm not interested in making mad money in the real estate market.

That being said, before I bought my last house I called him and he told me to rent for a few years in Utah county. Obviously I went ahead and bought, but I'm aware that the value of our property will probably fall in the short term and I can live with that.

Last I heard he was buying property in Texas and somewhere like Missouri or Mississippi or some other state named after a river.

Awesome charts cowboy. Aristides and I are seriously considering buying a rental property and we are in your camp of thinking that barring unforeseen economic changes, the best time to make that purchase will be a year to 18 months from now.
