          I have to quibble with this. Bear in mind I was reading Trudeau when you were very little, or maybe even before you were at all. When he was young, Trudeau was fresh and entertaining and had somethign to say. Now he hits the same few notes over and over and even those arent very good. Some fo his stuff is still relevant and every now and then he hits a good one, but he is a shadow of his former self. (Really, he was never the same after the sabbatical.)

          Does he double as David Letterman's head writer?

                      • One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.
