  • Ohio St. to get 100 Million gift from Les Wexner

Holy Crap.. Owner/President of Limited brands (Les Wexner) plans to donate 100 million to Ohi St. today. 65 million of his own money and 35 million from his company..

I am not sure if any other university has received such a donation from an Alumni (Maybe the Nike to OU).

This guy is filthy rich. His compound in New Albany is insane. I used to drive by it and it is massive. He has over 18 houses on his property and all of them are mansions. They are enclosed with a modest fence, but he has armed security and roaming dogs all the time. Even his security detail has a sweet office at the gate..

I believe his home is the massive one off of White Barn rd off of Kitzmiller Rd.

Do you think this will be enough to cover the expense for the 2012 and 2013 recruiting years?

Possibly. I am not an expert. I suggest we look to USC on that type of thing..
