So I was at daughter # 2's apartment today picking her up for Thanksgiving and looked out the window to see a wall of water coming down campus drive. Apparently a construction worker at where DT use to be hit a 20-inch water main. I told my daughter to get her car out of the parking garage before it started filling up with water. Here is what it looked like about 30 minutes later:

Besides at least 10 of the heritage halls the law building may have been flooded. Also, it looked like J-Dogs had a couple of inches inside. Also, it looked like the construction worker was trying to slow the water flow by putting his backhoe bucket on top of the damaged water main. It wasn't helping much. Hopefully you don't have a son or daughter in heritage halls living on the bottom floor. One report said there was at least 3 feet of water on the bottom level.
