According to this article it sounds like the supremes are going to allow the marine's father to sue the Kansas nut jobs (or overrule the decisioin that tossed the verdict out). I hate what those funeral protestors do, but this seems like it might really open a can of worms with the personal injury lawsuit nonsense spilling over into verbal injuries as well. If this happens I dare one of you to call me fat.
