  • Far more problematic than O'Donnell's alleged flirtation with witchcraft

is the fact that she said she "dabbled into witchcraft."

One dabbles "in" not "into." But she said "into" twice in the same conversations. May seem petty, but it's a shibboleth.

Also she lied about an affiliation with Princeton, defaulted on multiple financial obligations and is generally unelectable.

Other than that - she's awesome.

How is she only 11 pts behind the democrat. Independent/dem state of Delaware. This gal and all her problems and the dem. is only 11 pts ahead. Go figure.

Then her mangling of the very simple usage "dabbling in" took place a solid decade plus after high school.

          Obviously you misread my post.

Her lying about Princeton wasn't in high school.

Her defaulting on her mortgage wasn't in high school.

Her failure to pay back student loans wasn't in high school.

Her being an unelectable waste of what would otherwise be a Republican seat with a suitably moderate Republican for a state that will not - EVER - elect a conservative Republican - also wasn't in high school.

Americans, including Delware voters who went with O'Donnell, are indeed stupid.

Not at all. It's more like a third.

And I find your use of the "R-word" highly offensive.

It's amazing to me what we allow elected leaders to get away with. I would lose my job no questions asked the second I defaulted on a government backed student loan. My job would be in serious jeopardy and I would most likely lose it if I default on a mortgage. If I lied about an affiliation to a university I would have never been offered my job.

I can tell by this list that she isn't a Democrat by the fact you left off "hasn't paid her taxes"

Same here - We just had a come to jesus mgt about financial distress and the effect on your security clearance

I still have trouble believing the reps of Deleware chose her to be the nominee.

I may be small, but I'm slow.

But you live in Utah... didn't the same thing just happen there? Bennett's out, some mega-right-winger's in?

The fact that Obama was elected is proof of American's stupidity. I would say the same about Bush, but Kerry and Gore were the other choices, so there was a minute decrease in that stupidity at that time.

Bennett deserved to get thrown out because of his vote for TARP, but you're wrong in making the comparison because a Democrat won't win a Senate seat from Utah. Delaware is less liberal than Utah is conservative, so there needed to be more of a moderate as a GOP candidate to win that seat.

I disagree with the bolded part, but sadly, I still agree with the underlined part. And that really bothers me.

True, but in Utah if you run as a Repub in a statewide election - you win. With that said with O'D's problems she might even have trouble in Utah. I know that I would have trouble voting for her.
