So when does this go in effect? I have the company credit card in hand and ready to pull the trigger on some very nice stuff for the office. Also, I am looking at purchasing a company car. Lexus has some nice stuff these days."If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

From what I'm hearing, it'll go into effect when Obama balances the budget.Originally posted by Ted Nugent View PostSo when does this go in effect? Looks like that one is aimed at Geithner. Maybe this proposal is aimed at getting Geithner to pay his taxes on time this year.Originally posted by Ted Nugent View PostI guess we need to read between the lines...

I haven't read too much into the details, but if this is simply and extension of the Section 179 deduction and a raising of that limit to infinity then yes, most real property would be excluded. If real property were included, you would see a jump start to the economy that you have never seen before but that would probably not be a good thing.Originally posted by Goatnapper'96 View PostMy understanding is that real property is excluded from this.
