Ha. Look for any excuse other than the fact they have an incompetent Newly Elected Mayor who has never held an office in his life..

I live in Columbus, Ohio and the city and all of our streets were cleared within days.

I'm pointing the reason his views have shifted. You can throw that barb at any poster here, including the numerous complaints about the mainstream media.

But yeah, from founding a needed advocacy group to whatever he represents now, is something.

Quotes about the protest.. See the clear difference. Yeah. I think we all do..

    AOC:
"Hey so marching into a predominantly Jewish neighborhood and leading with a chant saying ‘we support Hamas’ is a disgusting and antisemitic thing to do," Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X. "Pretty basic!"
    Hocul:
"Hamas is a terrorist organization that calls for the genocide of Jews," Hochul wrote. "No matter your political beliefs, this type of rhetoric is disgusting, it’s dangerous, and it has no place in New York."

    Mamdani:
"As I said earlier today, chants in support of a terrorist organization have no place in our city," Mamdani wrote. "We will continue to ensure New Yorkers’ safety entering and exiting houses of worship as well as the constitutional right to protest."

Violence against a particular ethnic group should be handled the way violence against any person or group would be handled under the law. I cannot see any reason that such a definition is necessary as adopted by a government. Advocate for love, peace, acceptance, etc. But by defining antisemitism, you are trying to control speech and behavior, not crime.

No, I don't think I am forgetting those protests.

Also, I disagree that Mamdani is signaling to his base that it’s okay to go back to committing violence against jewish students or jewish people in general. I think you are being hyperbolic for effect.
Remember when you didn’t think he was signaling for this. I said “We shall see and likely to happen in th summer.”

    Yeah.
