This is a weird story. I wonder how many people it will end up touching. Their intent, it appears, was to spread out and network. How many political ramblings of unsuspecting folks ended up in their reporting back to the fatherland?
For example:
This could end up being fairly damaging to some people.One intercepted message said Cynthia Murphy, "had several work-related personal meetings with" a man the court papers describe as a prominent New York-based financier who was active in politics.
