The Glorious Blog of the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea
would bumbling into a needless nuclear war with North Korea be an impeachable offense?
Maybe the lamestream media will turn their attention to something other than Russia for a change.

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
Is Trump trying to provoke N. Korea into starting a war? Is that his strategy here or is it something else?
Eisenhower's Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles, observed that "The ability to get to the verge without getting into the war is the necessary art." I'm not sure I agree with that, but apparently it is Trump's strategy here, if indeed he has a strategy.
North Korean government officials have been quietly trying to arrange talks with Republican-linked analysts in Washington, in an apparent attempt to make sense of President Trump and his confusing messages to Kim Jong Un’s regime.
The outreach began before the current eruption of threats between the two leaders but will probably become only more urgent as Trump and Kim have descended into name-calling that, many analysts worry, sharply increases the chances of potentially catastrophic misunderstandings.
“Their number one concern is Trump. They can’t figure him out,” said one person with direct knowledge of North Korea’s approach to Asia experts with Republican connections.
Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
Not bad... except when you consider Kim Jong-un shot an 18 on the same course and in the same conditions.

Which is more likely to be true about Trump's strategy?
A. Trump with his daily provocative tweets about N. Korea really thinks it's going to scare them into negotiating out of their nuclear weapons and missile tests
OR
B. Trump is hoping he can get Kim Jung Un to attack so we can have full scale war.
OR
C. Trump thinks both scenarios are ok, so it doesn't matter what he does.

I'm picking D.
Trump doesn't have a strategy, this has nothing to do with negotiations and he isn't necessarily interested in a war. But, much like the 7 year-old on the playground, he has a very hard time walking away from a bully braggart when he knows that he has more better stuff than the other guy.
please explain. Tell us why Trump's stirring the pot is beneficial here. It can't be any dumber than being scared of war with Russia so we'd better capitulate to Putin on everything.

If he's THAT idiotic and reckless we need to impeach today. Or is having a president who has a real strategy with something as important as foreign policy as it relates to North Korea, just too much to ask? Is having a president who acts like a 7 year old ok?

Definitely grounds for impeachment. Great take!
