I agree with JL - if I was Sony I would be putting this out to the world for free. Youtube, Amazon, Hulu, you name it. Those folks might not want to take it - if they're concerned about getting hacked themselves. And if that's the case, maybe Sony just puts it up on their own site for people to watch and/or download.

On another note - how the hell does a country that doesn't even have electricity for the majority of its citizens, much less a computer in the home for kids to hone hacking skills on and discover who has that innate ability to be good at it, come up with a hacker who can outdo Sony?!? That's crazy.

I'm starting to believe the decision to pull the movie from release is a calculated publicity stunt. If they release it for free, I'll eat my words. But my guess is they ultimately place it back in theaters.
