    Brilliant photo op by Pelosi today.

    She carries the gavel used when Medicare was passed. YOu know, that program that is bankrupt. Wonder if that was intentional or just a poke in the eye to the majority that opposed this healthcare bill? Classic.

    And this classic: ""Today is the day that is going to rank with the day we passed the civil rights bill in 1964," said Rep. John Dingell of Michigan, a member of Congress since 1955. "Today we're doing something that ranks with what we did with Social Security or Medicare. This is a day of which we can all be proud if we vote for that legislation."

    Hey Dingell, what have we done with Social Security and Medicare? Are those really good examples to use?

              1) Never been to China so I couldn't go back.
              2) Not listening to your constituency, bribes and lies = democracy?

              I thought Pelosi was going to 'drain the swamp'. How is she doing? I say she feels at home in the swamp.

                  This one had NOTHING to do with Democracy. The will of the people on the matter has been summarily IGNORED. There will be Hell to pay in November...
