    Strong earthquake rattles central Japan
    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I don't know. I'm going with "no news is good news."

As for us, we're doing okay. Some shaking while fixing dinner for the sister missionaries, but no injuries or damaged property. Dinner went off without a hitch (yakiniku domburi, salad, and blonde sundaes for dessert). The sisters brought a nice spirit and answered a lot of my daughter's sister missionary fashion questions. After pictures and a thought, they left and our weekend had ended.

I donut know if Tim's okay, but I'm guessing that he was alright at 22:18 EDT yesterday. Of course, it's 13 hours ahead of us, so the earthquake hit well ahead of that time for them. Japan really is the country of the future.

lol. That was me. All in good fun, amigo. It reminded me of the volcano.

I can change it if you like.

But I did put mirin in the yakiniku sauce.

I devastated by depth the of Lebowski's plagiarism. But in the end, I suppose he's right. He, not I, added them to the system.

Sorry. Yes, it was falafel's idea. I approved and added it to the system.

Of course, I'm happy to share the credit for such a brilliant idea.

We didn't even feel the earthquake. After church Heather and I went to Harajuku and the Meiji Shrine, then we walked down Takeshita St., then went to dinner at a Thai place off of Omotesando-dori. Somewhere in that mix the earthquake happened and we didn't feel a thing.
