The preponderance of your question is showing a personal bias like white socks with dark shoes and pants. To me the issue was not black and white, but a 67 year old man trying to avoid a confrontation on a bus by moving seats, and the young punk pushing the issue to the point of throwing the first punch.

Lets be fair here.. He obviously has some mental health issues that does not hold him to the higher standard that you want to place on him..

He walked away as the guy asked him too, but was an idiot to continue yelling out of self "pride"..

This was two idiots on a public bus.. I see the same behavior on the buses I ride, but it has never escalated beyond yelling.. I guess I should keep my cell phone camera handy for just the occasion...
