In that first picture I swear I can see a body sprawled out in that red car.

Just heard from my brother in law who is in Santiago on a mission. An amazing amount of aftershocks and a really scary experience. I think that this event will probably change some of the activities in his mission as he will probably get a lot opportunities to help clean up.

Very relieved that he is safe.

I was in Hawai'i when that earthquake hit Samoa. There were a bunch of tsunami threats then as well but not a dang thing happened.

When I was kid I was also there when a hurricane was supposed to hit and then like two days before it got downgraded to a tropical storm.

I always feel so Let Down. But for some reason I'm still always hanging around waiting to get crushed like a bug in the ground.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Tsunami warnings here all over the TV, and even some vocal sirens yesterday. But aside from some storm surge-like flooding up north, nothing significant to report.
              Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
