I agree with the writer that this bill won't create any new jobs. There may have been a little bit of growth the last quarter, but it hasn't increased demand for production. Until then, there won't be an increase in employment.

Also, this really isn't a tax cut. It's more like a one time tax credit which really isn't going to convince a small business owner that it's worth it.
