    the only problem I have with this tax is that it overwhelmingly disproportionately affects women. Women have 84% of elective facial surgeries, 96% of tummy tucks, and 99% of masteoplasty.

    I'm trying to think of an analogous proposal that would disproportionately affect men, and I'm drawing a blank. Maybe a tax on all flatscreens over 42 inches.

        After the surgery they can charge more for dances. This tax has a trickle down to men also.
