Lethal injection is too good for her. Sentence the piece of crap to death by being torn apart by a hungry pack of pit bulls. Or maybe something with fire ants and honey...

I just heard that they found the girls body about 35 miles north of Fayetteville.

      Ditto on the punishment.

I may be small, but I'm slow.

A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."

Do you always shit on the Constitution, or only when you're upset?

Seriously, wuap, it's like you're asking for a giant HYPOCRITE stamp on your forehead.

I can't believe the same guy who has authored numerous posts on being civil and showing respect is responsible for stuff like this.

Where in the original constitution does it say anything about the level of punishment? Why would a firing squad be cruel and unusual punishment?

                8th Amendment:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Either it applies to all or to none.

He wasn't talking about a firing squad. He was talking about statman wanting to sick a pack of hungry dogs on this woman.

A fair question. I personally feel the mother should be tried and convicted before being fed to a pack of carnivorous animals.

Now, what if you could go back in history and capture General Sherman? How would you feel if it was suggested that he be torn apart by pit bulls?

I think the punishment should 'fit' the crime. Why should a rapist get 10 years when the victim deals with the trauma their entire life. Is that constitutional in you mind?

I'll ask you kindly to never mention that crop-burnin' sumbitch again. Oh, and in all seriousness, without Sherman, America would be nothing; he committed no crime in following orders. No one should be torn to pieces--no one; we are America, not <redacted> animals.

                              Now this: http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=157&sid=8721916

What the hell was the father thinking? Unbelievable! WTF? Father executing his son in front of the mother and the kid begging him not to shoot him?
