      No stoping. I am pushing for another 15-20 lbs. But my weight loss has really slowed so I have been focusing back on my diet (2000 calories daily) along with upping my workouts. I have been weary of getting back onto the road and running. My hip is better now, but I am scared it will start up again. Instead I have been doing a 25 minute circuit training routine and then hopping onto the elliptical or exercise bike for about an hour or so. I try an burn 800 calories on those machines daily. Coupled with the circuit training I estimate I am burning about 1200 calories with my workouts. I am seeing results, it's just not being reflected in the scale right now. I am confident though that I'll bust through this plateau soon.

          I'm sure you will too. I plateaued several times too. The hard part is behind you anyway.
