I thought I had room to slack off on stuffing my face when I gained a few pounds on my week+ off. I erred in that judgment and would probably feel better if I gained some weight back. (For those that met me in Tahoe, I'm not deluded into thinking I'm uber-thin, but I just feel better day-to-day with a little fat on me.)
Can I get some suggestions for some high-quality calories? A coworker suggested I pick up some avocados on my way home from work today to add to sandwiches and salads. I'll go back to strawberry shakes every evening, but it typically takes me a few days to finish one off so I'm not sure how effective that'll be. Bacon where bacon's appropriate... Any others? (If anyone suggests Ensure, you will be dead to me.
